Dear Rocheux, dear parents, dear colleagues,

After a particularly active and promising start of the year, given the number of parents wishing to enrol their children at Ecole des Roches for the coming year, Stéphane Royo, its Secretary General, was keen to associate Kamran Khosrovani, the new President of the Alumni Committee (AERN), with this success, and to congratulate him once again on his election on 23 March last, at the Cercle de l'Union Interalliée.

Kamran Khosrovani (Vallon 1967-1972), who has just held his first official committee meeting, succeeds Jean Cohen, outgoing President (Guichardière, Sablons 1964-1971), whose actions over the last three years and the successes he has achieved remain in everyone's mind. Long-time friends, these two presidents were keen to display the same policy of rapprochement and support with the school's management team from the outset.

French Baccalaureate

The results of the French curriculum are excellent with :

100% success in the Brevet des Collèges
96% success in the Baccalauréat.
63% of mentions in the Baccalauréat

International Baccalaureate

With a pass rate of 100%, EdR continues to maintain a pass rate above the IB World average, likely to be similar than last year’s 89%. The average mark is around 5/7, a very competitive mark. Global statistics for this year are not yet available, but will be communicated later.

Congratulations to all the students for these very good results!

French as a Foreign Language (FLE)

The FLE Programme has achieved great results, notably an excellent 100% pass rate. In addition, 33% have achieved a B2 level, that enables students to study at Baccalaureate level.

Another fine and talented class of FLE students!

Once again this year, the efforts made by the entire teaching team have borne fruit, and have enabled us to obtain results beyond our expectations.
